Yes. Relocate+ Order Editing has a free plan with unlimited edits of one type: you choose whether customers can change their address, edit items, or cancel. Advanced rules aren't included, and you can upgrade anytime.
Basic and Advanced both come with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before it ends, you won't be charged.
Billing runs through your Shopify account, so Relocate charges appear on your regular Shopify bill. There's nothing separate to set up, and all prices are in USD.
