Crowd Control provides customer management tools to other businesses – our clients. To take advantage of our services, our clients share with us information about their individual consumers and online store, including contact details and shopping histories. We use this information to provide our clients with a service that uses their online store to facilitate the order creation and management as well as track and monitor customer activity.

This Privacy Notice applies to the crowdcontrol.co website and any other websites, online services, or assets controlled or otherwise associated with the use of our services.

We collect personal information directly from the relevant individual, through your Shopify account and interactions with Crowd Control services, communications, or assets, or using the following technologies: “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. We use the personal information we collect from you and your customers in order to provide the Service and to operate the App. Additionally, we use this personal information to: Communicate with you; Optimize or improve the App; and Provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
